Y Strainer is used as a filter for impurities in the form of solid, liquid or gas. This filter is used in the pipeline to filter impurities in the flow so that the flow to be processed or the results of better quality process.

Y-Strainer, as is known to have the function of filtering dirt in the form of ‘dirt, scale’ or dirt from the rest of the welding and other objects. The construction usually consists of machined body seats with connection type flange or butt weld, and has a screen made of stainless steel.
